The bootcamp is a combination of functional strength training, cardiovascular exercises and ground based movement flow. You will leave each class having learned something new about your body and what it’s truly capable of.
Our classes are created and led by therapists to help modify exercises in any way and promote your body’s natural ability to move. Therefore, classes are suitable for all levels of ability with modifications as needed. Consider this as a routine crucial to your athletic and fitness development.
