After seven successful years in the CFL as the Head Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, three years as the CFL’s Evaluation Camp Director and one year with NFL Canada’s Test to be the Best, Jeff founded Elite Performance Centres and opened his doors to the elite athletes of Canada.

Since its inception, Jeff has trained over 17,000 athletes in all sports disciplines, taking each and every one of them to the top of their game. His unmatched enthusiasm brings athletes and other trainers from all over the country, seeking his expertise. He is known in many professional athlete circles as a guru of physical conditioning and injury rehabilitation.



Wade Miller

Wade Miller first met Jeff Fisher through their shared association of with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Since 1997 they have worked together to create a sports training and rehabilitation experience of which people jump to be a part.

To Wade, a challenge is nothing more than an opportunity waiting to happen which is why, when the Winnipeg Football Club came calling in 2013, he stepped up to the line and accepted the role as the President and CEO of this venerable community institution.
Now at the helm, Wade is the driving force behind a team-based approach that is intended to re-invent and restore the once storied reputation of a Club that has been a critical part of the very fabric of our community for over eight decades.


Wade & Football

Wade graduated from the University of Manitoba, with a Bachelor of Physical Education degree, as a two-sport athlete (wrestling and football) and a member of the Dean’s Honour List. After graduation, he was drafted by the Blue Bombers, where he played for an outstanding 11 seasons.

During his football career, Wade appeared in 159 regular season and eight playoff games, received CFL East Division All-Star honors in 1997 and 1999 and ranks as the Bombers’ all-time leader in special team tackles. Off the field, he represented the club at numerous charity engagements, ranging from 30 to 125 events annually. In 1996 and 1997, Wade received the Ed Kotowich Good Guy Award, given annually to the Blue Bomber who best combines football ability, team camaraderie and extraordinary community effort. To cap it off, he was inducted into the Winnipeg Football Club Hall of Fame in 2011.

Business & Community

Wade has also been honoured for his success in business. In May 2007, he was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40™, a national award celebrating leaders and honoring Canadians who have reached a significant level of success before their fortieth birthday. In July 2009, Wade was also named as a prairie finalist for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur Award.

Wade continues his commitment to supporting charitable and community initiatives. Most importantly, Wade is a hockey and soccer dad, who learns from his son each day.

Recovery for all levels

Elite specializes in injury recovery for all sports and levels of athlete. Our team facilitates rapid access to complete recovery. Frequently, we see patients within a day or two of their physician exam when return to full function is critical. We immediately address acute swelling, pain and compensatory issues and initiate a home program to maintain strength and motion.
